Rented equipment should be used only for its intended purpose and must be maintained in good condition throughout the rental period. You agree to:

- Not modify, alter, or repair the equipment without our written consent.

- Use the equipment in a legal and responsible manner.

- Notify BTR Equipment Services immediately of any damage, loss, or malfunction of the equipment.

 7. Return Policy

All equipment must be returned on or before the return date specified in the Rental Agreement. Equipment should be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

 8. Liability

BTR Equipment Services is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damages arising from the use of rented equipment.

- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold BTR Equipment Services harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses resulting from your use of our equipment.

 9. Termination

BTR Equipment Services reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if you breach any terms of this agreement or the accompanying Rental Agreement. Upon termination, you must return the equipment immediately.
