Pick-Up and Drop-Off

✔️ We provide pick-up and delivery services within normal business hours, which can be scheduled by phone. The waiting time for this service will vary depending on your location.

✔️ You can also personally drop off your equipment from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm, at our shop located at 1935 Friendship Dr. Unit B, El Cajon CA 92020.

✔️ For convenient equipment drop-offs, use the alley behind our front office and our technicians will assist you. If you are a new customer, we will need some extra details from you.

Repair Timeline

✔️ Your equipment is picked up or dropped off at our shop.



✔️ Your equipment is diagnosed by one of our repair technicians.


✔️ We will send you an estimate including the recommended work for all of your equipment. You are free to approve/deny each unit individually. Expect the actual cost to vary up to ±10%. (Please call if you have any questions or requests at this stage.)


✔️ Upon approval, your equipment will begin the repair process. Or, upon denial, you will be charged a flat $40 estimation fee and we return your equipment.


✔️ Upon completion, we will invoice you and call to arrange for your equipment to be picked up or delivered.

Service, Repair, and Cleaning Details

✔️ Our hourly rate is currently $125.00. We will make every effort to minimize your costs and find the most effective way to keep your machines running.


✔️ All equipment's power cord(s) and strain relief will be inspected for excessive wear or other damage and must be replaced if we deem it necessary for safety.


✔️ All error codes are resolved and any timers are set to the manufacturer's specifications.


✔️ The interior and exterior of the unit are cleaned and treated with a biocide/deodorizer. 


✔️ (For dehu) Condensate pump and reservoir are flushed, the air path is cleared and steamed, and condensate coils are cleaned.

✔️ (For dehu) The condensate pump is inspected for housing cracks/leaks. Float switches are tested for correct operation and timing. Manual purge operation is also tested.


✔️ All motors and moving parts such as wheel assemblies are lubricated, if possible.


✔️ Any repairs in excess of what is required for diagnosis and regular servicing of the equipment are cleared with you before we proceed. 


✔️ The functionality of all phases of operation is tested for proper timing, pressure, temperature, and relative humidity. Handles, legs, and rubber feet are inspected.


✔️ All equipment will undergo an electrical test for start-up and full load amperage and ground leakage.


✔️ All equipment is returned to clients with a BTR label displaying the date your equipment was serviced/repaired.

✔️ Our repair warranty is 60 days for our labor and the manufacturer's warranty for parts.

✔️ We will always call you if we run into unexpected costs over 10% of a unit's total.
